RANGE RULES
Outside instructors must provide American Firing Range with proof of insuarnce prior to firing.
• Do not enter or leave the building with a loaded firearm.
• Proper eye and ear protection must be worn at all times except in the lobby.
• All firearms must be treated as if loaded.
• Finger must be kept off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
• Firearms must be kept pointing to the safest direction possible at all times.
• When not in use, all firearms must be kept on the shooting bench or otherwise stored securely.
• Any firearm experiencing a jam or any other malfunction must be placed on the bench pointing down range. Notify the
Range Master immediately. Do not take the gun to the Range Master. The Range Master will go to the gun.
• Rapid fire or holster drawing must be pre-approved by the Range Master.
• Any person(s) appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the facility.
• Any unsafe conditions or behavior are to be reported immediately.
• Horseplay, carelessness, foul language or any other type of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• If you are inexperienced and/or unfamiliar with your firearm, notify the Range Master for proper instructions.
• Only firearms in good working condition are to be used.
• Only factory made ammunition is to be used, re-loads are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
